People will choose the time when go to work, make their own schedules according to their respective needs. For example, I have friends that work well only at the night and others that during the day has a better enjoyment. Another thing that I see for the future is an increase of people working with technologies, solving things online for his work, being more connected to what's new. Anyway, we're almost there!
#Costanza I think that like for everything there is the one positive side and one negative. With the possibility to work on line , on your tablet or with your smartphone we have the ability to manage our work deciding where and when we do it. Thanks this new way to see the work we could have more time to spend with our families or for our hobbies without worrying about the working time because we will have all time that we want for do our job. All of this could improve the relationship between work, employee and employer also because the worker won't be more forced to work inside an office but could develop it in a park , at home or in an amazing beach . The only negative thing that I find is that with this new type of work the employee lost completely his " indipendence", that's because he will become available 24 hours on 24 by removing him , at times, the possibility to relax and rest on a bench or more simply watching television.
I think that the workplace in the future will depend directly from the technological progress. The jobs that require the tecnhology will have a flexible time schedule and will permit the people to work wherever they want, but the job that doesn't require the techonology will maintain the same structur of this historical period. We need to be very careful with the progress because sometimes it could be dangerous. For example, if the people started to work at home with different time schedule than their colleagues, it would be dangerous for their personality. They will start to be more selfish and they could forget how to stay with the other people. I wish that this scenery will never happen, because if it's happen we will lose the only the thing that make us different than the machine: our soul!!!

In my opinion the advantages of advanced technology are people will be able to work and solve problems anywhere and at any time. Our lifestyle will also change, it will be more comfortable and much easier to work an any location. However the real problem is that we will become lazy and individualistic people. For example, most of the time when you are on a train you can see how everybody is with their cell phone and nobody talks to anyone. If there is not much communication face to face now, in ten years there will be even less. We need to have our own work environment and have professional relationship with our cowoker.
I think that the workplace will be better for the society thanks to technology. The technology is going to fast then people can work wherever and whenever they want. It will be a positive point because the parents could make a family and spend a lot of time with them. I also think that is not just for work in another place different to the office, because doctors couldn’t see the patients through the camera and give to them the results of their exams, or lawyers couldn’t have a meeting with their costumers just by Skype, so it depends of the career of each person. By another way I think that if people stays all time at home doing their work they will finish it too fast and may be they will waste time watching TV and drinking beer. They must find another activity.
The technology will change the lifestyle of people and this change has already begun. I hope this change will be positive on our life. I think the workplace of the future will be better for the well-being of the employees. I imagine people will make sports during their break or will go to relaxation sessions. Maybe healthy food will be given by the employers. I think people will can work at home when they will want it if it's possible. So, some spaces for the communication between the coworkers and the social life will set up in the workplace. It's important to have happy and efficient employees. Indeed, a lot of people are in depression because of their job now. So, I imagine the workplace of the future will be healthier for people.

But the real problem is that they don't have the freedom that they are expecting. The are gonna be on call and their boss sometime forget that them have a life too. "The future is now".
The workplace in the future it doesn't be so different than now. Actually the biggest difference between that ages will be the low environmental impact, such as reducing the use of sheets and energy. People will work most of the time in home in the computer and others technologies. Otherwise some works can not be different. The doctors, pharmacists, workes and a lot of them can not change the way that them work, it's necessary to stay at the workplace always.
I think that the workplace in the future will be less good than today. Personally, I feel that the technology is changing the comportment of the poeple in the world. Now, the population is always connected with the social media and it begins to be impossible to have a personnal life. If you don't have a cell-phone and participate at this kind of social activities, you are not considered like an efficient person. I think that the exaggeration of technologies generates thes exhaustion and in the worse case the depression of the person concerned. The workers need to have more time to thinking by themself and don't be always influenced by the ideas of the others. Another, the technology is continually improves, and older peoples who are not able to follow this new kind of lifestyle, and are not more necessary on the labor market. In an other way, people begin to have more choice about their studies, their life of career and their schedules. Both, technology is the future in the workplace but the end of the real communication.
#Veronica i think that the workplace will be more satisfied for everybody because we will be spent more time doing that we want. But everything have a consequence between the time on internet and the home time. Maybe we going to have some vision problems, mind problems, or a kind of driving accident. But, who know how is going to be the exact future? Everything is a mystery.
